Who we are
Wumibo (wumibo.com) is the data controller for your personal data. Contact: wumiboapp@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in provider (Google or email/password).
- Your pet: name, colour, stats, and the alert keys/tokens you choose to save.
- Stream events: viewer display names and amounts from follows, subs, tips, cheers and raids your alert services send us, so your pet can react.
- Twitch connection (optional): the access granted to read your channel's events, stored encrypted.
Why and legal basis
We use this data only to run the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), contract), and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
Public data
Your pet's name, look and stats may appear on the public leaderboard and in your stream overlay. No email or keys are ever shown.
Processors
We use hosting and database providers, Google (sign-in) and Twitch, Streamlabs or StreamElements if you connect them. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, pets, events and connections are erased immediately.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard, or email wumiboapp@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY, imy.se).
Cookies
We only use storage that's needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
